Using the website
You may use this website to learn about our services, see prices, book and pay for chauffeur and transport services, and manage your bookings, for your own personal or business travel.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or make a booking.
Your account
- Give accurate details when you create your account and keep them up to date.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for bookings made with your account.
- Tell us straight away at kashif@autobestdrive.com if you think someone else has used your account.
Bookings and the information you give us
- Enter correct passenger names, phone numbers, pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, so our chauffeur can reach you.
- Book for someone else only with their permission, and share the booking details with them.
- The price of each trip is shown before you pay and includes 15% VAT. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Moyasar.
What is not allowed
When using the website you must not:
- make false, fraudulent or speculative bookings, or use a payment card you are not authorised to use;
- use the website for anything unlawful in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or to arrange transport for unlawful purposes;
- try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours, or to test, break or get around the website's security;
- upload or send viruses or other harmful code, or overload or disrupt the website;
- copy, scrape or collect content, prices or data from the website with automated tools, or make bookings with bots;
- misuse promotion codes, for example by sharing codes meant for one person or creating accounts to reuse them;
- send abusive, threatening or offensive messages to our team or chauffeurs through the website or our contact channels.
Content and trademarks
The text, photos, logos, design and software on this website belong to Auto Best Drive or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy, change or use them commercially without our written permission.
Other services we use
Some features rely on other providers: Moyasar for payments, Google for signing in, LocationIQ and OpenStreetMap for addresses and maps, and WhatsApp for booking messages. Their own terms apply when you use those features.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the website available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
If this policy is broken
If this policy is broken we may cancel the bookings concerned, suspend or close the account and refuse further bookings. We may report unlawful activity, including payment fraud, to the relevant authorities.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
