Acceptance of terms
By making a booking with the Company, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Services
The Company provides chauffeur-driven transportation services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and acts as a transportation service provider and/or booking facilitator.
Booking confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A booking is deemed confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from the Company.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate travel details, including pickup location, destination, date, time, number of passengers, and contact information.
Rates and payment
- All prices are quoted in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
- Quoted rates apply only to the services specified in the booking confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Extra waiting time
- Additional stops
- Route changes
- Parking fees
- Tolls
- Airport parking charges
- Special requests
- Vehicle damage caused by passengers
Waiting time
The following complimentary waiting periods apply:
- Airport arrivals: 60 minutes from actual flight arrival
- Hotel pickups: 15 minutes
- City or residential pickups: 15 minutes
Additional waiting time shall be charged at the applicable rate.
Passenger conduct
Passengers shall:
- Conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by the chauffeur.
- Avoid behavior that may endanger the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers.
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Smoking inside the vehicle
- Consumption of prohibited substances
- Transportation of illegal, hazardous, or dangerous goods
- Any unlawful conduct
The Company reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if a passenger violates these requirements.
Vehicle condition and damage
Customers shall be liable for:
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.
- Excessive cleaning costs arising from misuse of the vehicle.
Repair and cleaning charges may be recovered from the customer.
Delays and force majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- Traffic congestion
- Road closures
- Weather conditions
- Government restrictions
- Accidents
- Public emergencies
- Force majeure events
Personal belongings
Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings.
The Company shall not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or unattended items left inside vehicles.
Limitation of liability
The Company's liability shall be limited to the value of the transportation service booked by the customer.
The Company shall not be responsible for:
- Missed flights
- Missed appointments
- Business interruption
- Indirect or consequential losses
Privacy
Customer information shall be treated confidentially and processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
